"I designed Sharp Prep for the artist who already knows the basics but is ready to prepare on a professional level. You will be challenged. You will be pushed. And you will leave ready."

The Sharp Prep Intensive covers everything in the other programs — script prep, your lookbook, blocking, the tone meeting, your shot list — all of it, in person, with Keesha directly. In the final two sessions, professional actors join the room. You direct them. You get feedback in real time. This is as close to a professional set as a course can get.
Held yearly in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Texas, and more. 7 to 10 directors per cohort. Application and approval required.
Application required · Extremely limited · Held in LA, NY, Atlanta, Texas & more
Apply for the IntensiveI want to tell you something I don't say often enough. Every set I've walked onto — as an actress, as a director, as a producer — I was always paying attention. Watching how the best in the business move. How they prep. How they communicate. How they make their vision real under pressure, on schedule, in front of a crew of hundreds.
I graduated Cum Laude with a B.F.A. from the Boston Conservatory. I've performed in Off-Broadway and on Broadway National Tours. I've played characters in film and television alongside Chadwick Boseman, Courtney B. Vance, Delroy Lindo, Damon Wayans, and Keith David. I've been nominated three times for NAACP Image Awards. And I've directed for FOX, NBC, CW, Peacock, TBS, and Paramount+ — including Lethal Weapon, Bel-Air, Found, Chicago PD, Black Lightning, The Last OG, Charmed, All American: Homecoming, and Our Kind of People, among others.
I am still a working director and actress. That is exactly why my availability for Sharp Prep is limited — and exactly why what I'm teaching you is current, real, and happening right now on professional sets. When I tell you what a Showrunner wants from a director today, I'm not reading it from a textbook. I just came from that room.
And now — for the first time ever — I want to bring you inside all of it.
